Anti - spatter Antspro L-397 is a water-based release agent that acts as a shield to prevent weld spatter from sticking to welding guns, nozzles, contact tips, metal parts and surrounding metal surfaces and extends the life of nozzles and tips. It provides longer periods between spray times and increases productivity. It is non-toxic, contains no carcinogens and can be used as a direct replacement for aerosol applications. Antspro L-397 contains metal corrosion inhibitors, wetting agents and special anti-adhesion materials that help make welding neater and makes cleanup easier. Anti - spatter liquid is a non-smoking, and low odor. It significantly reduces costly labour and downtime for grinding, cleaning and equipment change out. It is suitable for all type of weldable metals and mostly the surfaces of the equipment can be painted without special cleaning or requires little cleaning prior to painting. The product does not contain Silicones. So, it will not interfere with paint. Antspro L-397 is compatible with the metallic and non- metallic parts of the equipment. It may be sprayed, brushed, or dipped onto the welding area.
