Anti-spatter solvent Antspro S-201 spray is a unique blend of silicone oil releasingagent, chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent/hydrocarbon and propellant designed to stopwelding spatter and leave a surface that requires minimal additional cleaning prior topainting, coating or plating. It is a quick drying, solvent based anti spatter sprayproduct. It reduces costly labour and downtime for grinding, cleaning and equipmentchange out. The thin film is transparent and will not obliterate reference lines andmarkings. It decreases pollution of welding chips and at the same time increases thequality of welding surface, saving time and cost. By spraying Antspro S-201 on thewelding surface the welding chips will not stick to the welding piece.It forms a non-flammable, stick resistant protective film on metal surfaces. Thehigh temperature, burn-off resistant film, acts as a shield to prevent weld spatter fromsticking to welding guns, nozzles, contact tips, metal parts and surrounding surfaces.Antspro S-201 provides excellent protection on stainless steel surfaces. The self-levelingprotective coating prevents staining and marking on surrounding area. It is a non-watersoluble product so to remove the coating a silicone remover is to be used
