Description :

Antspro L-236 is a premium quality anti-spatter compound that provides a thin, uniform protective coating on MIG nozzles, tips, fixtures and materials during weld process.  It prevents spatter built up in welding applications on all types of materials including steel, stainless steel and Aluminum.  Anti spatter liquid is a stable emulsion mixture free from suspended matter and sediment.

Anti-spatter liquid is a water based product with a neutral pH and contains a

rust inhibitor. It does not contain chlorinated solvents or silicone materials.

Direction for use:-

Ø  By Spray: -

Clean the entire surface to be coated. Anti spatter can spray with the help of trigger or spray gun etc; Hold the sprays can 30 cms from the surface to be protected. Also use the spray to protect the interior & exterior of the nozzle, the end & outer surface of contact tips, & all other potential area which are subject to weld spatter. It may be advisable to spray diffuser & base of the nozzle support as well.

Ø  By Brush: -

Clean the entire surface to be coated. Coat the anti spatter with the help of  brush to the all items as mentioned above.

Ø  By Dipping: -  

                              Dip all the materials (to be coated) in anti spatter soln. for 1-3 mints and ensured that all material has been wetted. Leach all extra soln. To remove the anti spatter liquid, whip with dry cloth the surface or use APL degreaser to remove the soln. completely.

Ø  High performance welding anti spatter spray & mold releasing for all type of welding & plastic, rubber molds.

Ø  It is a heat stable, non-toxic, odourless, non-stick product.

Ø  It forms a smooth film on the metal surface to prevent metal spatter and sludge.

Ø  The film of the product is non-migrating, so easily removable.

Ø  Not allow to build up on the nozzle tips of MIG and TIG welding.
